Statamic AI Content Management
Managing Statamic content with an assistant means describing the change you want instead of clicking through an admin screen. What that amounts to depends entirely on what Statamic exposes, so this page lists what is within reach and what is not.
Where this one stands
Statamic's REST API is read-only by default, and writing goes through its own Control Panel rather than a published write interface. An add-on of our own would be the route.
What can be managed on Statamic
Nothing yet. There is no adapter for Statamic, so there is nothing here that can be claimed.
What cannot
These are not available on Statamic. The reason is the platform’s own interface, not a feature we have left out, and each is listed so you can see which:
- Read content
- Create content
- Edit content
- Publish content
- Schedule content
- Manage images and files
- Manage categories and tags
- Custom content types
Nothing goes live without you
New work is created unpublished wherever Statamic allows it, and publishing is always a separate, deliberate step. An assistant cannot put half-finished text in front of your visitors, because the product does not expose a path that would let it.
Common questions
Does this replace the Statamic admin?
No. It sits alongside it. Everything done through an assistant appears in Statamic exactly as if you had done it yourself, and you can carry on working in the admin whenever you prefer.
Can it edit pages that already exist on Statamic?
Not on Statamic. Its interface allows creating pages but not changing ones that already exist, so editing is not offered here rather than attempted and failed.
Where does the work show up?
In Statamic itself, exactly as if you had done it by hand. There is no separate copy of your content here, and nothing stops working if you cancel.
Getting started with Statamic AI Agent
Statamic AI Agent is not on sale yet. The product page tracks where it stands, and nothing is advertised before it works.
